Connecticut municipalities face penalties if they own or operate certain kinds of facilities and have not filed for a storm water permit.

As part of its administration of the Clean Water Act (CWA), the USEPA requires that storm water with the potential to be contaminated by certain industrial activities be tested and certified.

Brooks Enviromental Consultants have experience in providing this service to companies, and can guide you through the regulations.
