Brooks Environmental Consulting has its headquarters in Norwalk, Connecticut, and has operated in Fairfield County since 1970. There are field
offices in Weston and Mansfield Center Connecticut. In the seventies, the firm was occupied mostly with clients who needed help in occupational safety. Gradually,
clients needed more help with employee health hazards.
In the eighties, asbestos and sick buildings emerged as
chief client concerns until the nineties when real estate transfer, site clean-ups, underground storage tank testing, EPA
and DEP permitting were added to a growing list of needs.Recently interest is increasing in indoor air quality, particularly mold and bacteria infestation.
The Company now offers services in many areas of environmental concern with its analytical laboratory, mobile and field
operation, consulting and training capabilities. Mr. Kalonji Diyoka is Managing Member and Director Asbestos Laboratory. Dr. Mark Granville is a Member and
Laboratory Director, Dr. Margaret Brooks is a Member and Treasurer, Mr. Michael Zubarev is a Member, Technology,
Mr. Keith Brooks is a Member, Consulting. In addition to the full-time staff there are associates, scientists and engineers including Licensed Environmental Professionals
